About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change & Process Specialist to join our Debt Management unit in Nordea. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and maturity of our processes, engaging with stakeholders across the bank to capture and prioritize requirements into a modern solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on various projects, such as Forbearance and Unlikeliness to Pay (UTP), to ensure regulatory compliance and create great customer experiences with efficient processes and solutions.
  • Coordinate development across the value chain to secure operational excellence.
  • Identify and define business requirements and support IT throughout the development process.
  • Juggle multiple tasks in a high-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
  • Plan and execute projects effectively.
  • Identify problems and generate solutions.
  • Conduct complex analytical tasks and process mapping.
  • Manage communication and stakeholder relationships.
  • Align with Nordic colleagues to secure scalable processes across the Nordic countries.
  • Ensure that processes comply with relevant requirements and that risks/issues are adequately considered and handled.
Requirements
  • Excellent business orientation and credit knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured way of working.
  • Great analytical skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to interact and make an impact on all levels in the organization.
  • Curious and customer-centric mindset, with a can-do attitude and passion for change.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and in an ambitious team.
  • Suitable educational background or competence gained via work experience, preferably from working in the credit area.
  • Fluency in the local language and English, both written and spoken.
