Job Title: Audio and Dialogue Producer

We are seeking a skilled Audio and Dialogue Producer to join our team at the Research Council. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all audio and narrative content for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of audio and narrative content, ensuring high quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with audio and narrative teams to manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between writers, sound designers, recording facilities, talent agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production of audio and dialogue into our projects.
  • Manage recording sessions, including scheduling, booking, file management, and ensuring all technical requirements set by the audio team are met at delivery.
  • Run production of systemic dialogue needed in our projects by closely coordinating with Game Design, Narrative, Audio, and other stakeholders.
  • Submit internal content for approval to external partners and follow through on the feedback process.
  • Liaise with marketing and other stakeholders on localization needs.
  • Work closely with the Legal team to finalize external contracts.
  • Maintain budget and provide updates as needed. Track invoices and liaise with the Accounting department.
Requirements:
  • An experienced producer with a background in audio, narrative, dialogue production, and localization for video games.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably with experience on AAA titles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle conflict situations and quick at decision making.
  • Experience with negotiating contractual terms and legal terms related to casting and voice recording.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively between creative and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical ear for audio quality and dialogue performance.
  • Familiarity with audio software and tools used in game development, as well as a good understanding of the overall game development process.
