Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Charter Specialist to join our team in the Nordics region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of the aviation industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing country-specific plans to expand our customer base
  • Maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Generating new business through initiatives such as lead follow-up, client recommendations, and networking
  • Working closely with our Passenger brokers to provide them with relevant information and support throughout the brokering process

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience within the Nordics
  • Local language and English language skills at an effective operational command
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Experience in the aviation industry
  • Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to balance client needs with business objectives
