Project Planner Industry Expert

COWI is seeking a highly skilled Project Planner Industry Expert to join our esteemed global team. As a key member of our PMO, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable development in the industry.

About the Role

As a Project Planner Industry Expert, you will be responsible for preparing, updating, and analyzing project engineering, procurement, and construction schedules. You will actively participate in planning meetings with key project stakeholders, contributing to discussions on major project tasks, task interactions, and the duration and timing of these activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, updating, and analyzing project engineering, procurement, and construction schedules
  • Actively participating in planning meetings with key project stakeholders
  • Reviewing schedule activities with project stakeholders to ensure logical sequencing and accurate duration estimations
  • Allocating resources to schedule activities based on estimated hours
  • Engaging with engineering, procurement, construction, clients, and other project stakeholders to gather progress updates
  • Generating schedule reports encompassing variance analysis, critical path identification, and summary and detailed schedules
  • Participating in project meetings and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field
  • Project controls experience on EPCm projects
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish
  • Experience working with Primavera 6
