About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Financial Product Owner - D2C to join our team at Rasulson Consulting AB. As a key member of our Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) Experience organization, you will oversee the execution of the finance roadmap for branded webstores and marketplaces across the EU & APMEA regions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with both business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements while assessing their impact on the financial flows within the D2C consumer journey.
  • Translating business requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
  • Working closely with development and scrum teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Actively participating in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Documenting the blueprint of developed features and assessing their performance and ROI over time.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within D2C or finance-related industries.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience working in Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in Jira for managing product backlogs and sprints.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP finance domain (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A curious, self-motivated mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
