We are seeking a skilled Category Activation Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving both commercial success and marketing activation impact across our product categories. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each product has a clear, actionable plan not only for its launch but also for maintaining consumer interest and market traction after the initial release. You will develop and execute strategies to continuously activate our products, reaching new consumer segments and driving sustained engagement both across our direct-to-consumer and our business-to-business channels.\

Key Responsibilities\
• Develop and implement activation plans for each product category, with a focus on driving continuous engagement and expanding reach beyond initial launches. \
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure products remain relevant and visible to potential new consumers. \
• Support in building post-purchase engagement programs that drive consumer loyalty, helping to nurture long-term relationships with customers through targeted content and community-building initiatives. \
• Act as a conduit between the market and product teams, providing actionable insights based on customer data and feedback to guide ongoing product enhancements and activation efforts.\
\
Required Skills and Qualifications\
