About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Consultant to join our team at Sofigate. As a Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business-friendly technology solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a management consulting role within IT
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following subjects: IT strategy, digital transformation, organization design, agile transformation, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, sourcing and vendor management, analytics, and business intelligence
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy and team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
