Key Responsibilities

  • Manage banking relationships, debt arrangements, and financing activities to ensure favorable terms and cost-efficient structures.
  • Develop and execute strategies to mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
  • Establish and maintain robust treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting on cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to the CFO and executive team.
  • Drive improvements in treasury operations by simplifying global bank account infrastructure and implementing efficient cash pooling structures.
  • Oversee daily global cash flow forecasting and management across 18 legal entities.
  • Lead the development and execution of investment strategies for surplus cash.
  • Oversee the selection, procurement, and management of global insurance policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, including leadership roles in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking relationships, and international cash management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
