- Ensure sales discipline within the team, from prospect identification to client expansion, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Requirements
- Possess passion for selling with a proven track record as a sales leader, preferably within product sales to public sector customers.
- Understand the public sector digitalization agenda, with the ability to rethink winning and market strategies.
- Established network in the public sector, with experience in driving sales cases with various stakeholders, including public sector procurement and tender processes.
- Strong ability to create a high-performing team by fostering team spirit and encouraging cooperation and communication towards shared goals.
- Natural team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with people across various domains.
- Higher education.
- Proficient in English, as it is our internal working language.
