Customer Support Team Lead for Underwater Systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Customer Support operation for Autonomous and Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles within the Business Unit Underwater Systems.
  • Work closely with employees, contract/customer managers, line managers, and other functions within the Business Unit to deliver excellent customer support.
  • Drive strategic questions and operational improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong focus on day-to-day operations while driving overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in leading roles and contract execution and project management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer support's business impact on the Business Unit's success.
  • Engaged, driven, and able to motivate and enthuse their surroundings.
  • Confident communication skills in both Swedish and English.
