About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a 1st Line IT Support Technician at HMS Networks. As a member of our team, you will provide critical IT support to our employees, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions to their hardware and software inquiries.

Your key responsibilities will include offering first-line support for both hardware and software issues, assisting employees with Microsoft Office 365 suite services, managing and prioritizing support tickets, and collaborating with other teams to resolve challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in English and Swedish, and have a basic understanding of computers and other devices.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop their technical skills in a supportive environment. If you have a passion for helping others and are comfortable working in a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply for this role.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Previous experience in customer-facing roles is valuable, but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide opportunities for growth and development.
