About this opportunity
We are looking for a Business Controller Sterilization to drive the financial performance activities for the Sterilizer business including analysis, forecasting and mitigating activities. In this role you will work closely with the business leaders and support in driving and monitoring the business activities. You will be responsible for driving sustainable performance improvements with year over year profitable growth. You will be managing the local business control team and be part of the local management team. The role reports into the Product Area Finance Director.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Financial analysis and support to business leaders Driving and supporting in improvement activities Presenting and explaining financial performance Overall responsible for all Business controller activities in relation to month end closing Financial performance management including forecasting Responsible for local business control teamYou will bring

Your experience includes:
Classically trained with a degree, +5 years experience from a multinational company Highly capable Finance Business Partner with experience from manufacturing Good analytical and communication skills, ability to communicate financial conclusions and recommendations in a crisp and business-oriented way Hands-on mentality to work independently, making things happen through stakeholder management within all levels in the organization Experience as a leader MS Office, particularly MS Excel, experience from Cognos Controller and Microsoft BI. Experience in M3 and SAP is a merit. Fluency in Swedish and English, verbally and written. Other languages are a merit.What do we offer? The position is located at our site in Getinge, Halmstad. You will be reporting to the Director Finance Life Science. Some travels are required for the role.
