About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Developer to join our team at Paradox. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating new opportunities and driving growth for our company.

Your primary objective will be to attract ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and persuading new students to enroll in our courses, generating new leads through email outreach, and securing 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.

Additionally, you will organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, and propose innovative ways of identifying new students who could impact our business.

You will also manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.

As a Business Developer, you will be part of a top team of sales professionals, working closely with colleagues to achieve our company's goals and objectives.

We are looking for someone who is driven by results and impact, passionate about influence, negotiating, and closing deals, and known for building strong trust and connection with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities


  1. Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses, generating new leads through email outreach and securing 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.
  2. Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, and propose innovative ways of identifying new students who could impact our business.
  3. CRM Management: Manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.
  4. Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills, and propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
  5. Event Participation: Participate in in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products, and assist in or lead at least two webinars per month.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Developer who is:

Fluent in French with a strong English language proficiency.

Experienced in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.

Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Experienced in using CRM software, such as Hubspot, to manage sales and customer relationships.
