Digital Delivery Program Manager to ABB Process Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Program Manager to join our Process Control Platform (PCP) team at ABB Process Automation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the energy industries.
Key Responsibilities- Productization and Quality Assurance: Lead the productization of digital products developed and distributed within Process Automation, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, quality, and export control.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including the Software delivery team, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Process Optimization: Establish and refine processes for efficient and streamlined product delivery or products developed outside of PCP's own R&D organization.
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Report directly to the PCP P&F SE Center Manager and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, driving value creation and process optimization.
- Education: A university degree in engineering.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful project management.
- Skills: Familiarity with material creation in SAP, expertise in CI methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Language: Fluent in English and a drive to learn Swedish.
