Incluso is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance our commercial capabilities in Stockholm.

This role involves a 7-month limited contract to start, with possibilities of extension thereafter.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to the Business Tech product organization, ensuring expected business value throughout the product life cycle. This entails developing and executing business cases, negotiating with external partners, and optimizing relationships.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, upholds a collaborative culture, and prioritizes value creation, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product leaders to develop and implement commercial and partner strategies
  • Negotiate with external partners to secure favorable terms
  • Screen potential new partners and collaborations relevant for the product area
  • Work with product leaders to define and secure business cases
  • Establish the most effective commercial model or cooperation type for each business case
  • Set strategic parameters for the partner portfolio and ensure optimal long-term management
  • Implement collaboration and performance management frameworks, evaluating risks against expected outcomes
  • Oversee risk management for partner and vendor contracts and agreements
  • Champion existing commercial models and propose innovative contractual strategies
  • Develop negotiation approaches and tailor-made processes for each deal
  • Identify potential deal structures aligning with objectives, such as balancing risk and opportunity
  • Manage deal-making processes, including RFPs, tenders, and project timelines
  • Ensure adherence to Purchasing and Consultant Policy guidelines
  • Foster alignment to initial deal objectives through effective deal execution
  • Maintain continuous learning on the product domain/area through supplier and market analyses
  • Act on spend analyses findings
  • SUPPORT setup for collaboration and governance among product stakeholders, partners, and vendors
  • Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, renegotiations, terminations, and call-offs
