Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Development Executive to join our EMEA Sales team. As an Account Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating prospective clients, building qualified sales pipelines, and driving value-based sales.
Key responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing forecasting, and developing sales metrics to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of experience in technology software solutions for global enterprise accounts, preferably within a CPQ environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Business knowledge and experience in building and managing professional services business, ideally within B2B SaaS software, technology, or the manufacturing industry.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
