We are seeking an Enterprise Networking Engineer to join our team at Ubiquiti Inc. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to new enterprise customers, working closely with our QA, strategy, and engineering teams to drive product improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Support our product lines via phone, web chat, and email.
- Resolving technical issues for premium customers.
- Sharing knowledge about our products, features, and best practices.
- Collaborating with customers on architectural design.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
- Contributing to user experience improvement.
- Staying current on our products and related industry technologies.
- Partnership with key stakeholders to drive product improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Practical knowledge in one or more technical domains.
- Experience with networking concepts.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in UX and CX factors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal Background and Experience
- Three-year university degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in the networking industry with practical experience.
- Track record of in-depth troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- International work experience.
