Job Summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading high-tech development projects and providing technical expertise to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and engineering estimates.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software design or software development, preferably in industrial automation.
  • Strong knowledge of technical project management and engineering techniques, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in PLC (IEC 61131) programming and industrial automation.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Certification in project management or engineering disciplines.
