Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to grow our revenue within assigned territories and expand our presence in Norway and Poland.

In this role, you will develop and implement tactical initiatives, proposals, and offers to operationalize the sales plan.

You will liaise with marketing to develop creative campaigns and manage local marketing initiatives.

A key responsibility will be gathering and internally communicating information relating to market development, competitors, and client requirements.

This individual must be proactive, with a 'can do' attitude, able to work in a small team environment and adapt to a fast-changing market space.

The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organization skills and ability to maintain effectiveness when working with people of diverse cultures or backgrounds.

This role involves frequent travel in the assigned region and requires fluency in both written and verbal English and Swedish, with Norwegian and/or Polish being a plus.
