  • Collaborate with product development teams to plan and prioritize work related to product releases.
  • Develop content in different formats for maximum usability, with varying product tones, yet with a consistent and cohesive brand voice.
  • Build, maintain, and uphold style guides, company-specific documentation standards, and terminology requirements.
  • Review existing publications and recommend revisions, changes, and/or enhancements in approach, scope, and format.
  • Drive the technical review process.
  • Additional: Create digital content, including graphics, videos, voice-over demos, and animations.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
  • Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
  • Experience using XML authoring tools to create documentation.
  • Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
  • A native of English language or superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization, including attention to detail and organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience as an Instructional designer.
  • Experience in software development.
