About this Role

As a Head of Corporate Responsibility at Recipharm AB, you will play a critical role in shaping our sustainability agenda and ensuring we deliver on our promises. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to drive forward-thinking sustainability initiatives that enhance our reputation and contribute to a better future.

Key responsibilities include:

Sustainability Reporting
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability reporting strategy aligned with international standards and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and report sustainability data.
  3. Provide expert guidance on ESG-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and NGOs.
  2. Communicate Recipharm's sustainability story effectively, highlighting our progress and challenges.

Team Management
  1. Lead a team of sustainability professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to integrate sustainability into business operations.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sustainability roles, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages.
  • Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks, such as GRI and CDP.
