What will you be doing?
As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing operations. Your role will involve ensuring a high culture of safety and quality, excellent service levels, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction for all manufactured equipment. You will foster a strong customer-oriented culture within the teams and ensure that all work aligns with the overall BU strategy. Additionally, you will focus on developing various departments by coaching employees, enhancing their skills, identifying development needs, and creating training programs.
What will help you succeed?
- Previous experience in leadership positions with excellent communication skills
- Solid background in engineering (an engineering degree is a requirement)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- A degree in electrical engineering is considered a great advantage
- Experience in quality and improvement processes
- Knowledge of ETO (Engineering to Order) processes (Front end & core supply chain) is appreciated
- Good understanding of financial and operational key performance indicators
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
