We are seeking an experienced ESG Leadership Specialist to join our team at Recipharm AB. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our ESG strategy and ensuring its effective implementation across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

ESG Strategy Development
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine our ESG strategy.
  2. Conduct ESG risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

ESG Implementation
  1. Lead the implementation of ESG initiatives across the organization.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG into business operations.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and functional teams.
  2. Communicate ESG performance and progress to external stakeholders, including investors and NGOs.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG roles, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement ESG strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages.
  • Experience with ESG reporting frameworks, such as GRI and CDP.
