Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in materials science, engineering, or a related field, as well as experience in characterization methodologies and global product material compliance regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a proven track record of working independently and managing multiple projects, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively are also essential.

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in materials and chemicals characterization methodologies, a university degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering, or a related field, and strong general quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be familiar with global environmental regulations, including REACH, RoHS, TSCA, and able to translate legislation into R&D actions.
