Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Nordex Group in Sweden. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating on-site electrical activities, providing expertise during installation and finishing phases, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

• Lead Electrical Activities: Oversee and coordinate on-site electrical activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide Electrical Expertise: Offer technical guidance and support to the team during installation and finishing phases.
• Ensure Compliance: Verify that all electrical activities are conducted in accordance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor, Quality Manager, and Electrical Project Engineer to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage Documentation: Collect and verify the completeness of commissioning documentation, statutory inspections, and reports.
• Report and Manage Non-Conformities: Identify and document non-conformities, and work with the Quality Manager to develop and implement solutions.
• Support Quality Management: Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with 'Management of Change' requirements.

• Education and Experience: Completed vocational training in Electronics/Electrical or a similar field, with experience in wind turbine and high-voltage construction projects.
• Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Health and Safety procedures, familiarity with electrical systems, and proficiency in MS Office basic programs.
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in English, with an advantage if you know one of the Nordic languages.
• Physical Condition: A good physical condition is required for the job, and you will need to pass a health check prior to starting with us.
