Role Description
As a Social Media Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's social media strategy, leveraging data insights to inform creative decisions and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader brand goals and data strategies.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing social media performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges
* Developing frameworks for reporting on KPIs like reach, engagement, and audience growth to guide team decisions
* Identifying and integrating trending topics and hashtags into social media content
* Collaborating with designers and creatives to develop visually appealing and engaging content
* Providing insights on platform updates and algorithm changes to inform team strategies and maintain growth

Requirements
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and technologies. Proven experience in social media analytics and campaign execution is highly desirable.
