Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing job functions and expectations
  • Improving employee abilities through coaching and feedback
  • Establishing employee behaviour patterns that align their goals with the organisation's mission, values, and goals
  • Improving communication throughout the organisation
  • Providing factual basis for management decisions regarding hiring
  • Conducting the hiring process e2e
  • Ensuring onboarding and mentorship structure is in place
  • Setting performance objectives
  • Ensuring everyone in the team is contributing best to its expectations

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
  • Previous experience working as a developer is seen as beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively process and structure large amounts of information.
