Site Manager

The Site Manager's role is to oversee all site-related activities during the project execution phase, from site establishment to handover of the wind farm to the customer and service provider. This involves ensuring that all activities on site are completed within the project schedule and in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Manage site activities, including site establishment, construction, and commissioning, to ensure timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of site personnel, including erection supervisors and commissioning engineers, to achieve project objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, including project management, engineering, and operations teams.
- HSE Management: Ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with HSE standards and regulations, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve site-related issues, and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Coordinator in project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, technical knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.
