**Job Overview:**
As a Product Optimisation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our learning solutions production processes. This involves driving business optimisations, managing support and requests, and enhancing product and platform usage.
About the Role:
In this position, you will work closely with global and local user operations to align operations with organisational goals and business needs. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that optimise and expand the authoring tools' impact.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and producing learning content through digital tools.
- At least 3 years of experience with the Articulate suite and a plus with experience in other authoring tools.
- Experience with learning content management systems (LCMS).
- Understanding of LCMS, LMS, and LXP platforms and how learning content is structured, published, and maintained across these systems.
