  4. Conduct regular audits and usage analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

  5. Act as a subject matter expert for the tools, sharing knowledge and best practices with superusers and stakeholders.

  6. Take initiative to propose and implement enhancements that drive system efficiency and user satisfaction.

  7. Collaborate with global and local teams to align operations with the needs of the business and learning objectives.

As a key member of the learning technology team, you will use your deep understanding of the learning content creation process and your hands-on experience in the existing authoring tools to identify improvement opportunities, take initiative to optimise usage, and lead operational processes to deliver impactful results.

About you:

You are passionate about enabling the development of our co-workers through digital capabilities. You thrive on building the knowledge and skills around technology for its users. You are data driven and have an understanding of agile methodologies.

To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable:

  2. At least 3-years experience with the Articulate suite and a plus with experience in other authoring tools.

  3. Experience with learning content management systems (LCMS).

  4. Understanding of LCMS, LMS, and LXP platforms and how learning content is structured, published, and maintained across these systems.

  5. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, SCORM/xAPI standards, and accessibility guidelines.

  6. Understanding of request management, release management, and optimizing for diverse user groups.

  7. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify improvement areas, and lead optimization efforts.

  8. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide users across different regions and functions.

  9. Analytical skills to assess system usage and identify actionable insights for improvement.

  10. Understanding of data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making.
