Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and developing logistics solutions that enable us to get heavy process equipment in place during the establishment of our Gigafactory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning and Execution: Execute planning, coordination, and execution of transport moving into the site with a high focus on Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment (QHSSE), budget, and schedule.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders across the organization, including 3PL, internal stakeholders (Project managers and others), inventory, and transport control.
  • Warehouse Management: Drive 3rd party warehouse operator management and create and update instructions.
  • Operational Improvement: Develop and enhance operational procedures, as well as ad-hoc projects, and work with stakeholders across Northvolt and Volvo organization to find improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics/Supply chain or related field.
  • Experience: Min. 2 years of experience within logistics, preferably from industrial project settings.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in English (Swedish preferred), skilled and experienced in communication management, data-driven, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in handling databases, TMS/ERPs, and data visualizations.
