About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Finnish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team at Boozt. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Be a product expert, answering customer inquiries on product information, styling tips, stock status, shipping details, payment queries, and campaign errands
- Work closely with our trainers to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Fluent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding creative solutions to customer issues
