Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled JUNIOR / MIDDLEWEIGHT / SENIOR DESIGNER to join our dynamic team. As an Area Designer, you will be responsible for developing design solutions for various projects, taking ownership of your tasks to ensure project success. Your diverse skill set will enable you to effectively work with our design team, overseeing less senior members and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and take responsibility for the areas of a project
  • Conceptual and Architectural 2D and 3D development
  • Producing drawings to 'design intent' level
  • Overseeing less senior members of the team
  • Developing preliminary specifications

Requirements:

  • 2-5 (Junior), 5-7 (Mid), 7-10 (Senior) years of experience in the field
  • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Team leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities – for middle and senior candidates
  • Industry knowledge: trends, details, materials, brands
  • Proficiency in English
  • Creativity
  • Team player attitude
  • General sustainability knowledge
  • Preferred knowledge of tools such as: Rhino, Archicad, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, AI
