Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented JUNIOR / MIDDLEWEIGHT / SENIOR DESIGNER to join our team at Tillberg Design of Sweden, part of Viken Group. As an Area Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for various projects, working closely with our design team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop design solutions for luxury and commercial sectors
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure project success
  • Oversee less senior members of the team and contribute to their growth and development
  • Develop preliminary specifications and provide input on project feasibility

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 (Junior), 5-7 (Mid), 7-10 (Senior) years of experience in the field
  • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Proficiency in English
  • Industry knowledge: trends, details, materials, brands
  • Preferred knowledge of tools such as: Rhino, Archicad, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, AI
