About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Planner to join our team at Belmont Lavan. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and other relevant documents.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.

Requirements Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 months of experience in project planning, specifically in the construction sector and complex construction projects.
  • Skills: Proficient in Primavera P6, Power BI, and other relevant project management tools.
  • Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.

Desirable Skills:

  • Claims Management: Experience in claims management, FIDIC or NEC contracts.
  • Industry Experience: Experience from the oil and gas industry.
