Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be a key member of the Lab Management Team, representing the lab in HSE-related forums and the global laboratory organization.
  • In this role, you will develop and maintain the HSE part of the Lab management system.
  • Lead and own HSE-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with the Global and High Voltage HSE community.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on complying with local HSE legal requirements and reporting on objectives and progress to milestones and HSE KPIs.
  • Perform HSE audits/inspections and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate site HSE risks and challenges, developing risk reduction strategies, including Risk Assessments and ABRA.
  • Lead or participate in incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Your Background and Qualifications

  • To succeed in this role, you hold a university degree and several years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international company.
  • Knowledge and experience in all safety areas, particularly beneficial electrical experience.
  • We seek a candidate with leadership skills, a drive to create a positive team spirit, and a strong background in HSE.
  • English and Swedish language skills, both written and spoken.
