Job Description:The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the ownership and maintenance of electrical installation and tools in our HVDC High Power electrical test laboratory. The role involves implementing and enforcing HSE and Quality protocols, developing and mentoring team members, and ensuring clear direction and systematic approach to quality and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Leadership experience with strong communication skills.
- A degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Strong interest in coaching, developing team members, and fostering collaboration among peers and stakeholders.
- Previous leadership experience managing teams in previous roles or responsibilities.
