About the Position

We're seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Malmö. In this role, you'll optimize HR processes, ensure accurate data flow, and collaborate with our HR Business Partners to implement digital HR solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Optimizing HR processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  2. Providing first-line HR support to employees and stakeholders, ensuring accurate data flow and resolving queries.

  3. Collaborating with our HR Business Partners to implement digital HR solutions and drive operational efficiency.

  4. Ensuring HR solutions and employee data remain secure, complying with data protection laws and regulations.

About You

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in HR administration and payroll. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple HR processes.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, ideally in a digitalized HR environment.

  • Knowledge of data protection laws, payroll, and taxation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues.

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.

  • Ability to manage multiple HR processes and priorities simultaneously.
