Human Resources Generalist

Telavox AB is a leading communication platform for businesses, developing and owning an all-in-one communication platform that integrates telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings, and contact centers.

We are seeking a versatile Human Resources Business Partner to support our Digital Mobile Operator (DMO) business unit, where commercial functions as sales and support are part of.

This role involves partnering with DMO leadership teams to drive business transformation and growth while serving as the main HR point of contact and trusted advisor for our teams. Key responsibilities include managing daily HR operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, supporting leadership development, and implementing HR processes related to the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an HR Business Partner or from a similar role, preferably from a sales organisation, and be able to simplify complex problems and provide actionable HR solutions. The ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels is also essential.

• Partner with DMO leadership teams to drive business transformation and growth
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations and performance management
• Drive strategic HR initiatives in alignment with Telavox's overall business strategy
• Support leadership development and drive change initiatives, coaching managers, and fostering a high-performance culture

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or from a similar role, preferably from a sales organisation
• Ability to simplify complex problems and provide actionable HR solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
• Possession of a pragmatic approach to HR, with the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
