We are seeking a skilled UI Designer to join our team at PostNord Danmark. As a UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating an intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers and UX designers to understand user needs and requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Have the final say on the app's UI design and components.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design systems and design documentation with other UX designers.
  • Iterate on design based on user feedback and test results.
  • Work with visual designers to ensure that visual and interactive design elements are cohesive and consistent.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and latest methods to drive innovation in UI design.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of documented experience as a UI Designer for apps and experience working with user interface design and user experience.
  • A degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • A strong eye for design and a habit of paying attention to details.
  • Experience working with Human Interface Guidelines (iOS) and Material Design (Android).
  • Understanding of the Accessibility Directive for Apps (WCAG 2.1).
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on UI design.
  • Understanding of IT processes such as Scrum, Kanban, and Agile.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
