Som Junior Compliance Officer kommer du att arbeta med att säkerställa att bolagets verksamhet följer gällande regelverk och lagar. Detta innefattar att kontrollera och implementera regelverk, samt vara ett bollplank för interna frågor.

Du kommer att ha ett specifikt ansvar inom området Antifinansiering (AML), vilket inkluderar att bygga strukturer kring penningtvättsfrågor, övervaka och analysera transaktioner, samt jobba med att följa upp och rapportera till Finanspolisen.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att inkludera:

  • Att genomföra interna kontroller av bolagets processer och rutiner.
  • Ta fram styrdokument, föreslå förbättringsåtgärder och utföra omvärldsbevakning.
  • Ansvara för att följa upp rapporter från Compliancefunktionen och Internrevision.
  • Att vara delaktig i bolagets bedrägerikommitté.
  • Att arbeta i enlighet med rutiner/uppföljningskrav för att utesluta ekonomisk brottslighet och ex:
    • inhämta kundkännedomsinformation,
    • övervaka och analysera transaktioner,
    • rapportera transaktioner till Finanspolisen, samt
    • utreda larm kopplat till PEP och sanktioner.
Din profil

Vi söker dig som har ett stort intresse för att driva förbättringsarbete och vill vara med och utveckla verksamheten.

Du är intresserad av att arbeta med regelverk och lagar, samt har ett intresse för att kommunicera dessa på ett lättförståeligt sätt. Du tycker även det är roligt att ha flera bollar i luften samtidigt och arbeta med alla delar av organisationen.

Det här jobbet passar perfekt för dig som har en utbildning inom juridik eller ekonomi, eller som har tidigare erfarenhet inom AML-området.

Personlighet: drivande, handlingskraftig, analytisk och noggrann. God kommunikativ och pedagogisk förmåga, hög integritet och professionalism.
