Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on the annual compliance plan, including control activities, risk assessments, and training programs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a compliance management framework, including drafting and revising internal governing documents.
  • Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and monitor, track, and share knowledge on regulatory intelligence.
  • Draft reports to the board of directors.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in law or a related field, with relevant working experience from a regulatory or supervisory financial environment or from a consultancy firm working with compliance or risk-related issues towards the financial industry.
  • Experience in risk management and performing controls is an advantage.
  • Previous working experience regarding PSD2 or AML/CFT is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with diverse teams of both internal and external stakeholders in a proactive manner.
  • Can-do attitude and take ownership of given and proactively identified tasks.
  • Fluent in English, with most communication taking place in English and Swedish.
