About the Role
- Lead our B2C inhouse sales channel by coaching and guiding a team of managers towards success.
- Contribute to our Sales Management team by sharing your expertise and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Optimize sales processes to increase profitability and efficiency.
- Drive and achieve sales goals by setting targets, monitoring progress, and empowering teams to succeed.
- Guide and empower the team through coaching, feedback, and fostering a culture of self-leadership.
- Improve profitability by optimizing cost efficiency and elevating baseline performance.
- Lead improvement projects to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to develop and execute the overall sales strategy.
Requirements

- Fluency in Swedish and good English skills.
