Svea Solar Sweden is revolutionizing the energy market by offering a range of innovative products and services. As Head of Inhouse Sales, you will lead our B2C inhouse sales channel, coaching and inspiring a team of managers to drive growth and pursue our vision: Rid the Planet of Fossil Fuel.

About the Role

As a key member of our Sales Management team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes and increasing profitability. Your primary focus will be on setting and monitoring sales targets, developing team leaders through coaching and continuous feedback, and implementing improvements in sales processes to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and Achieve Sales Goals
    • Set and monitor departmental sales targets to ensure teams meet and exceed their objectives.
  • Guide and Empower the Team
    • Develop team leaders through coaching and continuous feedback. Foster a results-driven culture characterized by self-leadership.
  • Improve Profitability
    • Enhance departmental profitability by optimizing the cost efficiency of sales processes. Elevate the baseline performance of the team and support top performers to maximize their results.

We're looking for someone who has experience leading leaders within a B2C sales organization, has worked towards set budgets and KPIs, and can Shift Mindset—demonstrating past success in driving change with measurable results. You should excel at Communicating Effectively, Build Trust, Drive Performance, and be fluent in Swedish and have good English skills.
