Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end tracking and measurement plan for our app and web platforms. You will lead the continuous improvements of analytics frameworks, collaborating with growth, data, development, product, and CRM teams to meet their tracking requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Measurement Plan & Analytics: Develop and implement a comprehensive measurement plan to track and analyze the performance of our app and web platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
  2. Martech: Lead the management and continuous improvement of our martech platforms, including data flow infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration with other systems and tools.
  3. Data Visualization: Collaborate with data engineers to collect and analyze marketing data. Create dashboards and reports to meet the analytics needs of various teams.
  4. Marketing Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analysis of digital channel performance, assessing and experimenting with different attribution models and evaluation methods.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within digital marketing teams or projects.
  2. Proficiency in working with Google Analytics 4, Adjust, Mparticle or similar.
  3. Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling leveraging tools such as Looker studio or similar.
  4. Understanding of cross digital channel synergies and different attribution models, coupled with a grasp of latest trends in the area such as iOS14 and digital privacy.
  5. Proven ability to collaborate across various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with advanced analysis methods such as casual impact study, geo lift or similar is a plus.
  7. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze) is a plus.
  8. Fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level.
