About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Data Specialist to join our team at OX2 AB. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, data administration, and procurement, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

About the Role:
The Supplier Data Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier documentation, facilitating supplier onboarding processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards. This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information, ensuring data integrity, and supporting procurement and compliance processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update supplier records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in data management.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and manage required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor supplier records for compliance, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Generate reports on supplier performance and compliance metrics, supporting procurement decisions.
  • Drive process improvements and refine supplier record management systems and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in supplier management, procurement, or data administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., IFS Cloud).
  • Strong data structuring, compliance knowledge, and understanding of data protection regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to drive change.
