About the Job

We're seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a critical component of our supply chain operations, you'll oversee various projects, including partnering with 3PL providers, relocating warehouses, and introducing new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex supply chain projects, guaranteeing efficient execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with process improvement specialists to refine 3PL, transportation, and customs handling processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain-related inquiries and concerns, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Contribute to strategic inventory optimization initiatives that align with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain clear operation procedures with selected 3PL providers, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide expertise and training to colleagues in the planning team, as required.
  • Ensure accurate master data management at 3PL facilities for streamlined processing.
  • Promote supply chain excellence by developing innovative processes, tools, and routines.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, transportation management, or warehousing management.
  • Exceptional language skills in English.
  • Proficiency in common IT tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various supply chain areas, such as inventory management, transportation management, and improvement projects.
  • Experience with cross-border customs and/or hazardous materials.
