About the Role

Atlas Antibodies' products are central in research and development, driving better diagnostics and improved patient outcomes. As our Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in operations, ensuring seamless delivery of in-house manufactured products to customers worldwide. You will be leading the supply chain team of 5 people, including the functions Supply planner and Laboratory operation, and be overall responsible for providing a high service level, making sure products reach customers seamlessly in a cost-efficient manner and with optimized inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production planning based on forecasted demand, ensuring minimal inventory build-up.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively, including managing the function's budget.
  • Lead and develop the team, managing daily operations, ensuring staff training, and adherence to controlled documents and standards.
  • Initiate and lead strategic and operational improvements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs updates, and regulatory changes.
  • Oversee CO2 reporting, collecting data from third parties, and improving data quality internally and externally.

You will work collaboratively across departments and join the operational leadership team, working alongside the Group Manager of Production and Manager of Quality Control, under the leadership of the Head of Operations.

About You

We are seeking an enabler who will inspire our Supply Chain team to perform at their best. To excel in this role, you should have experience in managing complex product delivery to global customers. You are a skilled project manager with a passion for taking improvements from concept to implementation. You bring valuable knowledge of logistics, export, shipping, and data analysis, and are eager to learn about our products. As a leader, your excellent communication skills will foster collaboration within your team and across functions.

Your Profile:
  • A BSc or MSc degree in logistics, economics, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a Supply Chain role with responsibility for shipping, product planning and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English is required; Swedish skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Problem solving mindset with the ability to find solutions to difficult or complex issues.
  • Can do attitude with a proactive approach not shying away from operational tasks.
  • Strong interest in understanding and drive development of processes, taking a holistic approach considering the full value chain.
  • Previous experience from a manager role is beneficial, if not show us your leadership potential.

The position is based at our Stockholm office in Forskaren (Hagastaden).
