About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will lead the development of a comprehensive supply chain strategy that ensures the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. Your expertise in Lean principles and project management will be instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring efficiency across the supply chain.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust supply chain structure, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and material handling processes. Additionally, you will establish performance metrics to monitor and improve supply chain efficiency and quality.

With your experience in procurement and supplier management, you will negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. Your skills in ERP systems and digital supply chain tools will enable you to make data-driven decisions and optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement a robust supply chain structure, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and material handling processes
- Establish performance metrics to monitor and improve supply chain efficiency and quality
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain operations

Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and project management
- Proven experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Skilled in ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital supply chain tools
- Leadership ability and experience building high-performing teams

Desirable Skills
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma and/or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and their application in supply chain management
- Familiarity with digital supply chain tools and technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and IoT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
