About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our TechSeed Hyperautomation team. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading projects that aim to eliminate time-consuming manual processes and replace them with intelligent, automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agile or traditional environment
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in project management, such as Prince2, PMP, Scrum, or SAFe
  • Experience in change management, service management, or business process improvement
  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as AzureDevOps, Jira, or Confluence
  • Previous experience in consulting or a similar role
